Google+ Code Hints At Social Games

Sorry, folks–I know that many of you were happy that you’d escaped invites for those social games some of you detest so much, but it looks like it’s just a matter of time before they start popping up on Google+. Suddenly, Google’s intent to create social games makes sense: the games will probably be for their newly released service, Google+.

Found hidden in the source code for the service are lines that indicate that people will be able to send and receive invites for ‘Google+ Games.’ Social games on the service seems like an inevitability considering that Facebook has made the feature a staple.

The real question is, then, how good will the games that Google unleashes be?
