Humble Indie Bundle is Back With Frozen Synapse

It’s not a full-fledged “pay whatever and get five great indie games at once” offer, but it’s still pretty good. Right now you can head on over to the Humble Indie Bundle website and get Frozen Synapse(soundtrack also included) for any amount of money you want.

However, if you pay more than the average, which at the time of this writing is $4.36, then you get the previous Frozenbyte bundle for free. The Frozenbyte bundle includes Trine, Shadowgrounds Survivor, Shadowgrounds, Jack Claw, and Splot.

Money goes to either the bundle, a charity of your choice, or the developers. You set who gets what, and how much they get. The offer lasts for about two weeks, so jump on it while you can.

Great cause, great price, great games. What more could you want?

I might add that the humble bumble packs are notorious for rewarding you with even more games at a later date. So if you buy the frozen synapse pack now, I’d bet you’ll be getting an email later on saying you’re entitled to a bunch more games for free.

I always looked at the extra games as the organizers of the bundle saying: “Man, you guys are cheapskates! We give you a phenomenal deal on indie games and you’re still not convinced to pony up? Well then, here, have some more games! I hope you choke on them!”

Nonetheless, I’ve love the HIB and Steam sales to help me catch up on all the indie games I missed over the years either due to being strapped for cash or having never heard of some of the games in question.
