LA Noire developer Team Bondi is no more

Develop are reporting that Team Bondi, the studio responsible for LA Noire, is no more. According to their source, the Australian-based developer and its assets have been absorbed in to Kennedy Mitchell Miller, a Sydney-based multimedia production studio co-founded by Mad Max and Happy Feet director George Miller. They claim that all current Team Bondi employees have been given the choice of a job at KMM or a severance package.

Should Team Bondi’s founder Brendan McNamara join his staff at KMM, he would be reunited with a number of the studio’s former employees who left as a direct result of the brutal working conditions under his tenure.

Rockstar Games, who published LA Noire, still hold the rights to the game, and are in the process of porting the title to PC.
